Sock101 is looking for a Territory Sales Representative in the Kansas/Missouri area who will work and collaborate with a Customer Service Representative to manage a book of business and grow accounts in a designated geographic territory. This position will work out of our Lee’s Summit, MO headquarters.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Using an established customer profile, drive profitable revenue growth within a targeted customer segment.

  • Meet or exceed sales plan within the defined territory.

  • Conduct at least 20 outbound calls or video presentations a day.

  • Manage and analyze reports and data.

  • Communicating and negotiating sales and partnerships with distributors

  • Use computer system applications to quote projects and maintain customer data accurately.

  • Answer inbound phone calls.

  • Respond to all customer email inquiries in one hour or less.

  • Exhibit and represent Sock101 at regional and national events.

  • Building relationships with existing distributors

  • Maintain positive relationships with internal Sock101 team members (marketing, sales, warehouse, customer service).

  • Stay informed on all communications and training to ensure accurate protocols are followed.

  • Participate in other related duties and projects as the supervisor or manager assigns.

  • Conflict Management

Requirements:

  • One – Three years of related sales experience

  • Experience using a CRM tool (Sock101 uses Netsuite)

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)

  • High level of organizational skills & ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Active driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to lift 40 pounds

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft products & Google products is a plus
